Pressurized Pan
Pan is made from heavy-duty 3mm thick stainless steel with well-designed sides and bottom made from DUMAT (SS-MS Compounded bottom of 15mm thick), for even heat distribution to avoid scorching and burning. Pan is compatible for 1/1-200 (4-QTY) mm deep GN pan.

- Smooth and easy tilting of lid and pan with the help of a Linear Actuator drive.
- Safety sensor to cut power supply once Pan is tilted.
- Dual Pressure Relief valve (Mechanical and Electromechanical) integrated inside the lid provides safety by releasing steam to avoid overpressure.
