Chapati Plate Puffer is efficiently designed equipment to make Fluffy Chapatis in a hygienic way. Designed for single person operation, which improves the overall output

  • The worktop frame is  made of 1.5mm stainless steel 18/8 with raised borders,  with Cooking(roasting) surface of 15mm thick MS plate which is machined from top to give a smooth finish.
  • The casting puffer plate is of 22mm thickness which is machined to give a smooth finish and has holes which taper at the top from bottom of the plate, to give  a surge of flame.
  • Ergonomically designed knobs with better Grip & Handling.
  • Clean front panel with slight tapper give ease of operations & cleaning.
  • SS legs with studded nylon bullet feet for height adjustment up to 30mm.
  • Shaped front panel with easy to clean ergonomic profile with built-in knobs.
  • Available in both Electric and Gas models.
